Did not went to QiGong practice last night

Did not went to QiGong practice last night as I wait until 7:30pm, then I knew Feng teacher will not came again. So I can do my own stuff for tonight.

Thursday I also will not going as I have the Chinese New Year gathering.

Back to pratice after CNY 2008 holiday

I was back from QiGong practice, about 20 members came tonight.

Tonight was the first night practice after 4 days of Chinese New Year 2008. We just off for one week only.

Tonight only one teacher, that me to lead all the QiGong students.
Doing the routine, 5 routine and do the Stand Meditation.
New students was lead by one of the QiGong student, ah Dek.

Finished all the practice around 8:45pm.

Leading the class

Mr. and Mrs. Wong was went to KL for travel with his family from yesterday until Saturday.

So only two teacher valid on last night QiGong practice.


I do the leading last night.The 15 members of "meditation" group will practice on the another place without any guiding music.About 15 new student coming and there was one new student again.


Luckily there was two assistant help me to guide the new group student. I have to teach this only one new student. We expected anyway for new student keep coming for this month.Two assistant practice the first routine for 5 times, rest for a while.


I finished teaching the new student, ask her to follow the first rountine practice.Two more assistant come and help me to teach two of the newest coming students who came the second time.As one of the assistant told me he was quite tired to practice the first routine for so many times, so I asked one of the assistant to replace him. She only replace him and just practice once first routine.So the tired assistant can practice the rest of the routine.


After all the practice, we discuss until 9:43am.

Pratice QiGong at Seria

Tonight just went to Seria Kampong Baru to practice QiGong. This is the second time for this year, last time was last Friday.

Called Juli in the afternoon and found Lee will drive his big car to fetch all of us.
I though he only can fetch 8 person, so I prepared my car outside my house while I back home from work.

She called again and mention Lee will fetch me too, so I have to drive my car to my house.
They came, wow, really a big car which can fetch total 9 person, but only 5 person inside the car, then include me.

They are not started when we arrived, but it was already 7:30pm. The 71 student clapped his hand mean we have to start practice. We practice the five routine twice set, no stopping.

Took a reset, then we started the "Meditation QiGong" for 20 minutes.
Rested and chat until 9:30pm, the spot light automatically switch off time. So we said goodbye and back home.

Second day for new QiGong student

There will be 16 new student attend on the second day of QiGong new class last night.
There was 4 new coming student, so Mr. Wong just do the introduction to them and teach them the preparation.

I did the warm up and relax movement. After that then I teach the first routine, separate into 3 parts to teach them. I just teach the first and second part.Most of the new student have good feeling and willing to practice the movement nicely. They catch up quite fast, so I teach the second part.I have to repeat the movements several times.I will teach the third part on Thursday to complete the first routine.

I forgot to bring my DC, so no photos taken last night.We got some snack and drink which brought by Zhang Ying, our QiGong assistant. She and her husband brought these snack occasionally.

New QiGong class started

There was about 12 new student come to the new QiGong class.

I do the introduction of the QiGong, some terms and condition the new students have to know.
Teach them some relaxation movement.
Tonight will teach the first routine.
I may took some photos for our Kuala Belait QiGong assistant to make their ID.

New Class

New QiGong class will starting tonight again.
This is the 4th D class for Kuala Belait area.
Seria section also will welcome all new students.

I think I got no time to take any photos tonight, as tonight I will be the leader for this class.
Hope everything going smoothly tonight.
Mr. Wong will go to Seria class first then will come to Kuala Belait class.

Still discuss

The QiGong buffet dinner team still discuss some minor stuff after the QiGong practice.
Time is too fast and this buffet dinner will held next week, some the team have to be fast to do all the preparation.
The programs, the dishes, the song to sing.
I only give minor suggestion only.
We discussed and left the place at 10:00pm.

This week is my turn to be a the leader of the KB QiGong practice.
So I have to teach two new students who came a bit late for this period. As the new class was started 4 weeks ago. I arrange teacher Yang to be the leader for the "relax" practice, singing and "number" reading.
She seem a bit unaware of what to do. So after that then I knew at BSB there is no "relax" practice before the 5 routine.

After the QiGong practice.The committee started to discuss with related QiGong members regarding the buffet dinner.
The buffet dinner is decided to held at Pandan 7 Ayamku restaurant at 24th March 2007.
Some decision have to make and discuss.

I just listen and didn't gave much idea.
Wong is the one who gave some good points for this dinner's programs arrangement.
They discuss until 10:00 then I go with Wong back home.

Second routine for 2nd group student

We have the new class starting before I went to Taiwan, it was at around 8th December, 2006.

So today was the second routine starting. I was the one who teached.
It was not easy to teach for the 1st and the 2nd routine as it was the very basis steps for all the new student.

If they knew this 2 routine, then the rest of the 3, 4, 5 routine will be easy.
Today just started the 2 routine and I tried to teach the full routine, not only half way.
The new student just have to practice regularly then they will know how to do it.

Second new class starting tonight

Second new class starting tonight.
Just what we discussed and planned for tonight starting the second QiGong new class.

About 30 new members joined in, no sure will how many new students will joined in again.
Tonight is only the starting.

Tonight only told the new student for some guide line:
1. Registeration fee, selective payment method.
2. Standard T-shirt, dark blue sport tres...
3. What is QiGong.
4. The main purpose of this CSCQiGong.
5. The history of the CSCQ.

Some trivia stuffs

Already 100% sure that my tranfer money to KL for Taiwan is confirmed. Just that as it was not tranfer to HSBC, and I tranfered in Brunei Dollars, so the bank have to take some money to convert it. Called KL Dharma sister and she said the bank confirm received it. Good news and I will felt save to tranfer money to abroad next time.

The going to KL hotel is not confirmed yet as the travel agent is on leave until Saturday. So I have to follow up with here again. The charge of the hotel is name: Concorde Inn, very near the KCCL, about 10 minutes, good for us.

Xing already paid me all the fee for this trip to Taiwan. We spend too much money, and wasting the two ways ticket to KL which fall on 12th to 14th back to Miri. We finally change the to KL ticket from Brunei, charge B$87.00 quite cheap for only one way to KL. Oh, yes, the total charge for the trip is B$1076.00, not include the KL hotel yet.

Starting to teach some "Yi Liang"

Our QiGong practice starting to teach the "Yi Nian" two weeks before New year, I am not sure this "Yi Nian" really mean in English. May be it only can said "your thinking", where you mind thnk the way, like when you think you palm, the "yi nian" go to there, then it is "yi nian". The place where you think, the way of what you think the part of our body is "yi nian". Hope you all can get what I mean.

Back to Tamu

Tonight we back to Tamu place for practicing QiGong.
After two month on Chung Hwa school.
We will keep practicing Qigong from here now.

Keep practicing

Our QiGong new class keep practicing for these days.
Most of the time have at least 50 student attend the practice.

We tried our best to teach them.
We teach them the simple routine first then to the complex action.

They all willing to practice.
They like to practice.
Most of them have good reaction.

Some of them even reduce their medicines. My brother in law even not taken any of the urine acid medicine. He keep the medicine for emergency. He felt alright after practice since 4th September, 2006.
