We teach the 4th routine

We teach the 4th routine last night, just approximately use 40 minutes to finished this routine teaching. The movement is easy, just that how to do it nicely and perfectly is not easy.

Hope all the QiGong brother and sister can keep practicing it to perfect!

Breakfast with QiGong teacher

Breakfast with QiGong teacher today. SMS to Wong to get some info first thing in the morning. He sms back mention he will also have breakfast with QiGong teacher and they will be a bit late. They are chatted again until 1:00pm something after we left last night.

I arrived Nam Hua cafe first on 8:43am. They were no arrived yet and Mr. Wong told me that I have to wait there first. I wait for 5~10 minutes, still not saw them so I called Mrs. Wong and she mention she will arrived soon. Then Mr. Wong elder brother was appeared in the sudden.

We ate and chatted again for about one hour. They left and went to Bandar to visit Sultan Palace. Calvin finally gave me his real name card as he gave the rest of QiGong student not so real name card which make them laugh!

I also got Mrs. Lo mobile phone number as I planned to let her for sending me all the photo she taken in Brunei. I will sms her my email address anyway.

Dinner with QIGong teacher last night

We have "poklat" dinner last night at Mrs.Wong house.
She invited QiGong student who have completed the five rountine. Sure tha main guest is our Kuala Lumpur QiGong teacher, Kelvin.

I just want to drive my car there at 6:45pm and found my car was drove my niece.
So I called Mrs. Wong to get her to fetch. She was with Mr. Yong.

They arrived after 10 minutes. I brought my cocktail frust salad. My dish for tonight. Got ready my Pentax Digital Camera and brought another two extra battereies.

Arrived Mr. Wong house around 7:00pm. We are the first one to come. Then some others arrived. The last one who came in was Mr. Wong who just off duty and drove back to KB for changing his shirt.

We ate and chatted happily. Mr. Wong house kitchen a bit small, cannot fit al the people, so some of them just sit outside the kitchen.



We got lot of food and it was delicious:



It took about one hour for the dinner. Then the important talk arrived. We all expecting that. Kelvin sharing his QiGong experience to us and teached us some new idea and turning some minor movement. Very good feeling.

He talked until 12:00 mid night. Back to home and slept and it was about 12:15 mid night.

Late back from KB

I worked yesterday. A busy working day in the morning. Went here and there. Including brought SPY to Borneo Clinic for visit doctor.

I went back home at 12:00 noon.

I went direct to Tamu place which we practice QiGong place. Wong told me to wait there to meet QiGong teacher from KL.

I fetched Fiona first before I went to Tamu.
I met Kelvin at 1:35pm. We didn't ate there as Lai Fah was not open on Monday. Four person came from KL, the only QiGong teacher is Calvin, the rest is: Mrs. How, Mr. and Mrs. Lo.

We went to Lai Fah's sister food store to have our lunch. Actually I had my lunch at home already but still ate something with KL teacher. Wong ordered quite a lot of food. I only ordered fry chikcen wings which cost B$5.00. We finished all the food.

We went to Chung Hwa Middle School to do the QiGong place survey. To let our QiGong teacher to feel the atmosphere of this place. He mention this place is better than the Tamu. We have to think about it as this QiGong practice place is not free, it cost B$100.00 monthly.

Wong mention they will went back to Seria. I went back to office to make sure there was no work for this afternoon. I left office at 3:00pm. Back home and took a snap until 3:40pm.

Wong fetched me to his wife house.
We chatted and learn something at Mrs. Wong house. Then we went to have tea break at 5:00pm. Back to Mrs. Wong house until 7:25pm. We all went to Seria QiGong practice place.

Calvin chatted with us at middle of the road, Kampong Baru, Seria.



Calvin only made about 10 minutes speak. He asked QiGong students have any question or not. Only one student asked on question. Then we practice 5 rountines. Kelvin stayed for 10 minutes, then QiGong students starting to ask him question. He answered and we got no time for Seria QiGong student as we need rushed to KB QiGong place.

We arrived KB at around 9:00pm.
They practice the last routine. Mrs. Wong announced welcome note for Calvin. Calvin starting to give his speak and teach the first routine. Answer some QiGong students questions. Time pass too fast and it was 11:15pm. Luckily today is holiday so only one or two student left during Kelvin's teaching.

I went back home directly as I felt a bit tired and didn't went to eat at WYWY. We ate until 1:00am something last night at WYWY restaurant.

I slept at 12:00 mid night last night. Have a very good sleep anyway.

3rd rountine will be teach tonight

I will teach the 3rd routines Qigong teachaing tonight.
Hope everything is going smoothly when teaching.

I found I really expecting Monday for this Qigong teaching night and those days which have QiGong practive.
